1. The Offer “Try and Fly” is open to all Indian residents within the territory of India only, with an exception of employees, their immediate family members, agents, distributors, retailers, wholesalers and any other channel partner of BATA INDIA LTD., Partnering agency i.e. M/s EasyMYtrip and Franchisee Partner/Owners.

2. This contest is only available on all Bata’s Retail and Franchisee stores. The offer will commence on 10 May 2024 - and last till 20th June 2024-. Entries outside this period won't be accepted.

3. Entry Guidelines: - Participant is required to visit any of Bata’s retail outlet (company store and/or franchisee store) Pan India and have to try Bata’s shoes. After trying the shoes, Participant have to scan a QR code, answer two simple questions and submit its reply to enter into the contest.

4. One entry from one mobile number is valid during the contest duration. Multiple entries from one mobile number will be rejected summarily.

5. Winners will be selected through a random draw from eligible entries received during the Contest period, by panel of judges duly appointed by Bata India and their decision shall be final and binding

6. Winning entries will get following prizes:

10.BATA INDIA LTD. reserves the right to change, defer, alter or cancel this Contest in part or full, or change any or all of the terms and conditions that are applicable or withdrawing the present contest from any part of India in part or as whole, without giving prior intimation/notice of any kind and will not be liable for any consequential losses/damages. Any decision of BATA INDIA LTD. in this regard and in general with respect to this Contest and the terms and conditions thereto shall be final, binding and conclusive.

BATA INDIA LTD. or its Agency shall not be liable to perform any of its/their respective obligations under the Contest or in respect of the prize where it is unable to do so as a result of circumstances beyond its/their control in the nature of fire, explosions, natural calamities, state emergency, riots, pandemic, government order, lockdown, judgment, order from court of competent authority or any guidelines issued by appropriate authority, strike or any other Force Majeure condition, etc. (which include any circumstances which is beyond the reasonable control of parties irrespective of the fact that it has been specifically captured in the present clause or not), and shall not be liable to compensate the Participant in these circumstances

1. The Offer “Buy and Fly” is open to all Indian residents within the territory of India only, with an exception of employees, their immediate family members, agents, distributors, retailers, wholesalers and any other channel partner of BATA INDIA LTD., Partnering agency i.e. M/s Easymytrip and Franchisee Partner/Owners.

2. This contest is only available on Batas own Website in India www.Bata.com & select marketplaces (if applicable). The offer will commence on 10 May 2024- and last till20th June 2024. Entries outside this period won't be accepted.

3. The contest is available on purchase of Bata shoes online and is not valid on any exchange of products, purchased prior and/or during the Contest validity period. There is no minimum purchase value.

4. The contest is only valid for purchasing footwear items only and other not footwear items and other accessories are purely excluded from the offer.

5. Entry Guidelines: - Participant is required buy shoes from www.Bata.com (company website). or selected Marketplaces platforms as specified. After buying the footwear, Participant will get a link on their registered mobile number through WhatsApp and is required to answer two simple questions and to submit their reply to enter the contest.

6. Note: Customers must submit the same mobile number on Bata.com or marketplaces platforms for communication same as that they will use for participation in this contest and that should have an internet and WhatsApp app.

7. After the above process all entries will move into the common pool as that of Bata store based Try & Fly offer and winners will be chosen out of that pool. 2. This contest is only available on select multi brand outlets where Bata India Limited rolls out the promotion. The offer will commence on 10 May 2024 and last till 20th June 2024. Entries outside this period won't be accepted.

3. The contest is on every product purchase of Bata shoes Multi Brand Outlet and is not valid on any exchange of products purchased prior to offer commencement or during the Contest validity period. There is no minimum purchase value.

4. The contest is only valid for purchasing footwear items only and other non-footwear items and other accessories are purely excluded from the offer.

5. Entry Guidelines: - Participant is required to visit a Multi Brand Outlet (“MBO”) where promotion is valid, Buy a Bata Shoe. After trying the shoes, and purchasing the same, the Participant must scan a QR code, answer simple questions and submit their reply to enter the contest. Participants will be entitled to an assured gift.

6. All Participants must retain a legally valid Invoice of Purchase of a Bata shoe from the MBO as a proof of purchase without which winners will not be eligible to redeem the offer.

14. Participant has to retain a legally valid Invoice as proof of purchase from MBO which will be validated to offer reward

15. Winners will get GV codes to redeem through WhatsApp(on registered mobile number shared while entering the contest).

General Terms and Conditions applicable to both above offers:

1. Winners (Daily/Weekly/Grand) will be declared by Bata with 10 days from the date of win and will be contacted by EaseMyTrip within 5 days from the date of declaring the winners by BATA India who will be sending WhatsApp/Email to the registered contact details.

2. It is the winner’s responsibility of the Participant to coordinate with EaseMyTrip to redeem the awards. Bata would not be responsible in case of any delay / dispute in redemption. It is made clear by Bata for international travel, the winner Participant will get return economy class air tickets, Hotel 3 or 4-star basis availability, Visa, Breakfast and Basic local sightseeing and return airport transfer. Any modification undertaken by the winner is the sole description of ease my trip to agree with and in case of any additional charges, they must be Bourne by the winner.

3. Hackers and cheaters will not be considered while selecting the winners and decision of Bata India in this regard shall be final.

4. Participant(s) must follow all the aforesaid steps for their entry to become valid.

5. The Participant should be major (above the age of 18 years) and an Indian citizen only.

6. Bata India’s decision on all matters relating to the contest/participation shall be final and binding.

7. Participant shall share their Name, -, Contact Number for WhatsApp communication & E-mail ID’s, state etc. as mandated post scanning of QR code. In case of Participants’ mobile number is registered for “DND” or participants is not using WhatsApp application over their mobile handset, Bata India Limited shall not be liable for non-receipt of any SMS. Participants are to always ensure availability of internet connection on their devices to get WhatsApp/Email Message. Bata will not be responsible for any non-delivery of WhatsApp/Email for any reason whatsoever. Also, by participating in this contest, participants give their consent to become a part of Bata Club and are offering consent for future communication. 8. In case a participant makes multiple entries with different mobile numbers, Bata reserves the right to select one entry for the contest submission from the said participant.

9. The contest is for a limited period only and Bata India Ltd. has the unconditional right to withdraw or modify the contest anytime at its sole discretion.

10. All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Delhi Court. The disputes shall be resolved by the sole Arbitrator to be appointed by Bata. The venue and Seat of the Sole Arbitrator shall be Delhi only. The proceedings shall be conducted under Arbitration and conciliation Act-1996.

11. This contest is subject to government regulations.

12. Participants accept and acknowledge that sending/receipt of WhatsApp/Email is purely a technical thing and Bata, or its partner agency shall not be responsible for not receiving any message over WhatsApp/Email application.

13. All participant who participate in the contest agree that even if they are registered under NDNC, DND (Do Not Disturb), BATA will have all the authority to send SMS /WhatsApp message by virtue of them having voluntarily providing their mobile number, claimed the gift voucher and doing so shall not be treated as violation to any of the regulations passed by TRAI and/or under any law/notifications/ circular/guidelines etc.

14. Participant agrees that in case, the participant is not able to utilize or redeem the said gift vouchers/discount coupons, there is no option with Bata or its partner agency to re-sending or re-validation of the afore said gift voucher and Bata shall not be responsible for the same.

15. Bata reserves the right to terminate, modify or extend or deletion or addition of any of the terms and conditions of the contest, at any time at its absolute discretion, without advance notice and / or assigning any reason thereof. All decisions of BATA INDIA LTD.in respect of the Contest and the prizes therein will be final, binding, and conclusive.

NINE WEST CONTEST WITH BATA TERMS & CONDITIONS

The Nine West contest is open to the residents of Delhi/Delhi NCR only.

This contest is exclusive to Instagram & Facebook users only and is not available on any other online social media platform or offline i.e. any retail store of Bata.

The contest will begin on 13th April 2024 and end on 19th April 2024. Entries outside this period will not be accepted.

The contest is not open for any Bata Employee or its family members.

Entry Guidelines:

Participants will have to follow Bata’s official Instagram handle.

Participants will ensure that they are based out of Delhi/ Delhi NCR only.

Participant will have to go to Bata’s Instagram handle and complete the sentence with “what you think is the most iconic thing about New York” in the comments section.

Participant agrees and transfers all IPR rights including any copyright, in the said completed sentence/line, in favor of Bata India Limited, in perpetuity, unconditionally and out of her/his own freewill and consent and without any pressure, force, coercion, misrepresentation, undue influence, fraud, etc. and without any royalty fees. Further, Bata reserve the right to use the said completed sentence/line as per its choice, whims and wish in any of its advertisement or tagline or publications and may obtain registration in its name from the competent authority or get the same register in its name as per law.

Multiple entries from one account/mobile numbers/email ID will not be entertained and will be rejected. Multiple entries from different insta handle/accounts created by using same account/mobile numbers/email ID will also not be entertained and will be rejected.

The winner will be notified through a direct message on Instagram on 25th April 2024.

The selected winner must respond within 48 hours to claim their prize on the Bata Instagram handle via direct message.

If a winner does not respond within the above-mentioned specified time, Bata has the right to choose an alternate winner(s).

The winning prize is non-transferable in nature, cannot be exchanged for cash and cannot be assigned to any other person in any circumstances.

Hackers and cheaters will not be considered, and Bata's decision in this regard will be final.

Participants must follow all the steps for their entry to be valid.

Participants must be adults (above the age of 18) and Indian citizens only.

Participants understand that they are voluntarily sharing their Name, Address, Contact Number, and Email IDs and are providing unconditional consent to Bata to use and process their personal information and sensitive data as per applicable law.

Participant understands that, while processing the aforesaid data, Bata may send any promotional message/SMS to Participant and while doing so, Bata has not violated any applicable law and is well within the framework of law and the participant undertakes to not to raise any objections/concerns/complaints to any competent authority in this regard.

In case participant's mobile number is registered for “DND,” in such circumstances Bata shall not be liable for non-receipt of any SMS or any calls made.

If a participant makes multiple entries with different usernames on our social media page/handle, Bata reserves the right to select and consider any one entry for the contest and is not under any obligation to consider all the entries submitted by the said participant.

It shall be the duty of Bata to nominate and appoint the judge or panel of judge, whose decision shall be final and binding upon all the participants.

HUSHPUPPIES 65TH ANNIVERSERY PROMOTION TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. These terms and conditions shall be valid for the offer “Hush puppies sixty fifth anniversary offer”. In this offer, Bata India Limited (‘Bata”) is offering a gift voucher of Rs. 6500.00 on minimum purchase of Rs. 6500.00 in a single invoice by any legal person/entity (“scheme”).

2. The Scheme shall be valid at selected Hush Puppies (“HP”), Bata retail stores (selected) and any online purchase done through website www.bata.com/in

3. The scheme shall be a limited period offer valid on all purchase done from 26.08.2023 till 09.092023, and can be extended at Bata’s discretion, in India

4. The Scheme is only valid on purchase of single or multiple products of HP (footwear and non-footwear) in an invoice on a given date having a minimum invoice values of ₹ 6,500/- and above being the MRP value of the product(s).

6. The scheme is not valid and applicable on clubbing two separate invoices, in respect of purchasing HP (footwear and non-footwear) products, on a single day/given date.

7. During the offer period, any customer can avail Scheme, multiple times on multiple transaction/purchase done for Rs. 6500.00 and above and there is no bar of single transaction per person on a given date.

8. Any products which are on ‘discounted price’ are out of the preview of the aforesaid scheme and shall not be considered as part of the scheme.

9. This scheme is not valid and live on any purchase done in respect of HP products at “Bata exclusive retails stores”, “Bata’s Franchisee store” or with any “Dealer/wholesaler”.

10. For physical stores: The gift vouchers shall be provided to the customer via SMS on their mobile number provided to us at the time of generating invoice. In case the customer does not provide any mobile number at the time of generating invoice, it is presumed that the said customer is not interested in the present offer and at any subsequent stage shall not claim gift voucher on the said invoice.

For online purchase: The gift vouchers shall be provided to the customer via SMS on their mobile number provided to us at the time of conducting online transaction, within 7 days from the date of completion of transaction/delivery of product to customer. 14. BATA will not be responsible for non-receipt of any SMS by the Customer for the reason of being registered for NDNC (National Do Not Call) Registry/TRAI regulations.

15. Customer agrees that in case, the customer is not able to utilize or redeem the said gift voucher, their sole remedy available is against such gift voucher issuing company and Bata shall not be responsible for the same. Bata advised the customer to contact such company to seek their resolution of their grievance, if any.

16. The customer further agrees that they shall observe and are bound by the terms and conditions of the respect company give vouchers. Bata advised to customer to kindly refer to the terms and condition mentioned on such gift voucher and/or refer to their website and Bata shall not be liable for any non-redemption or losses to such customer.

17.
