What is the validity of accumulated Bata Club points?

You get 1% of the invoice value for the products purchased as Cashback points every time you shop with us. Points are valid for 1 year from the date of purchase. We also keep on rewarding you with exclusive bonus points sometimes. These bonus points are associated with limited validity and you are informed about the same via SMS.

 

Will I earn points during End of Season Sale or any other promotional offers?

Yes, you will earn points for all your purchase. You will earn 1% of the invoice value for the products purchased as Cashback points every time you make a purchase with us.

 

Can I redeem my Bata Club points during End of Season Sale or when any other promotional offers are being run?

Yes, you can use your Bata Club points in all your purchases. However, the Bata Club Gift Voucher codes are applicable for non-discounted / fresh merchandise only and cannot be used on any discounted article or cannot be clubbed with other discount, discount scheme offered by Bata at such relevant time.

 

What if I want to change my Bata Club registered mobile number?

A registered mobile number change is not recommended from our end. In case you still want to change, please write a mail at in-customer.service@bata.com and quote your current Bata Club registered mobile number and the new mobile number in which you would like to transfer all your Bata Club benefits. Your request will get processed within the next 7-10 working days and you will be informed via Email or SMS once the changes have been done.

 

What happens to my points when I return or exchange merchandise which I have bought?

Your replacement happens on the exact value which you would have paid for the article (through cash/card + Bata Club Points) while buying.

 

How do I check my membership status, updated profile, available points and exclusive offers?

You can login to your account in our website (bata.in) using your registered ID and password to check your point balance and profile details.

You can also fetch your membership status and point balance at any point of time by just giving a missed call at 800 778 2345.

Bata India is also available on WhatsApp. You can save our official WhatsApp Number (96505 72000) and just send “3” message to retrieve your Bata Club membership status, point balance and eligible offers at any point of time.

 

Are Bata Club points applicable on online shopping?

Yes, you earn and redeem Bata Club points on your online shopping done at www.bata.in . But you do not earn any points nor can you redeem any points for online shopping done via other third-party online marketplace platforms like Flipkart, Amazon, etc.
