How do you earn Bata Club points and what is their validity?

You get 1% of the invoice value for the products purchased as Cashback points every time you shop with us at a Bata store or online at bata.in. Points are valid for 1 year from the date of purchase. We also keep on rewarding you with exclusive bonus points sometimes. These bonus points are associated with limited validity and you are informed about the same via SMS. However, no request for revalidation of the expired points is entertained.

 

When & how do I redeem my points?

You can redeem your Bata Club points right from your second purchase by informing the cashier at the bill desk who will send a redemption request on your behalf. You can also redeem your points during online shopping at www.bata.in.

For redemption of the points you will get an OTP on your registered mobile number which needs to be shared with the billing desk and for online purchase, member has to enter himself before the points can be redeemed. The OTP is valid for 15 minutes from the time of issuance. In case you are not able to enter the OTP within 15 minutes due to any reason, then the OTP will expire and you will need to generate a fresh OTP for redeeming the points.
