Do you make custom shoes?

Currently, Bata Kenya does not offer custom-made shoes. However, we have a wide variety of styles to suit different needs.


Can I replace my shoes?

Yes, shoes can be replaced under the following conditions:

The request is made within 15 days of purchase.

The shoes are unused, clean, and in their original packaging.

You provide the original receipt and order number.

The shoes have a manufacturing defect (normal wear and tear is not covered).

If the requested replacement product is unavailable, a credit note valid for 90 days may be issued.
