For orders below THB 399 the delivery charges is THB 100 to be borne by customers

Our standard courier / delivery duration is 3 to 7working days.

All orders placed before 12.00 p.m. local time to ensure that you receive your order within the specific delivery period. Do note that certain items may not be deliverable within the specified delivery timeframe due to stock unavailability.

We work with a secure and trusted courier service (FlashExpress) in order to ensure your order is delivered on time and in perfect condition.


RETURN & EXCHANGE:

We are committed to your satisfaction and will make every effort to ship your order accurately.

We only accept return requests for goods purchased on our Website. For returns of products purchased from another retailer or another platform, please contact the original store of purchase or that platform.

All return cost shall be borne by customer. We do not bear any return fee.

Please take note that you are allowed to return the item and request for exchange if the received item is under one of these 3 cases:

1. The received item has a manufacturing defect (torn, faded color, dirty, etc.)

2. Our Warehouse Team shipped out item that does not match the agreed specification (e.g. wrong size, color, etc.)

3. You purchased a normal price item and would like to change the size

The correct item will be shipped to you free of any shipping charges. If there is an availability issue in terms of size or color on our side, we will reimburse the amount via the same method of your payment.


REMINDER: Please ensure the correct sizes are selected before proceeding to checkout.

All returns will be reviewed first by Ecommerce Team and we reserve the right to reject it if the returned item does not meet the above criteria..

If you returned an item without consulting our Customer Service and it does not meet the above criteria, our Warehouse Team may reship back the item to you..

ALL SALES/DISCOUNTED/PROMOTIONAL ITEMS SOLD ARE FINAL AND NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURNS/EXCHANGES/REFUNDS DUE TO CHANGE OF MIND. IN OTHER WORDS IT'S NON-REFUNDABLE..


RETURN PROCEDURE

Please contact our Customer Service via email at Customerservice.th@bata.com We will process your request within 7 working days upon receiving your goods and you will receive an email notification. Please take note that refund will be credited within 30 working days from the date of receiving the goods.


Please note that you will be liable for the costs of returning the goods to us, and we will not reimburse you for this.
