SHIPPING

We ship with UPS with delivery times between 3/5 working days. Upon shipment, you will receive an email with the tracking number to monitor the status of your order. UPS makes deliveries during working hours from Monday to Friday. After the first unsuccessful delivery attempt, you will receive an email with the instructions to follow. For more information, see the Conditions of Sale.

Shipping is free for orders over €60. Shipping costs under €60 are €9.

During periods of high demand, shipments may be slightly delayed compared to standard delivery times.


RETURNS AND REFUNDS

You have the option to return purchases made on bata.com within 30 days of the date of delivery of the goods.


RETURN INSTRUCTIONS:

• Go to the MY ACCOUNT section, select the order you wish to return and follow the return instructions you will receive by email.

• Alternatively, go to the ORDER TRACKING section, enter the order number and email, select the items to return and follow the instructions that will be sent to you by email.

The return shipping costs will be borne by the customer.


REFUNDS:

After receiving and checking the returned products, we will proceed to refund them using the payment method you used when placing the order. If you have not received the refund within 14 days, contact us or contact your bank.
