Top Performers: 7 best students from Blantyre Girls Primary School holding their voucher certificates.

As part of the Bata Children’s Program Bata Malawi awarded vouchers to top performing children from government run Blantyre Girls and Chichiri Primary schools. 

The Headmaster of the Blantyre Girls Primary School – Mr. Paul Hau, in his welcoming remarks thanked the Bata Shoe Organization for having introduced the Bata Children's program and urged Bata Malawi in particular to continue with the initiative. In concluding Mr. Hau said that the children are very motivated and they now compete and work hard in their classes. 

Bata Malawi’s Human Resources Manager, Ms. Grace Faith Mvutho, thanked the Headmasters and the school management teams for working closely with Bata Malawi in creating a brighter future for the children who are the future of the nation. 

“As a company, we are encouraged to see that students started on a good note based on the results in all schools, and both teachers and students are urged to work even harder with the motivation that Bata has introduced and keep competing to have better results. As a consequence the country will have better educated citizens.” she said.
